परखो तो कोई अपना नही समझो तो कोई पराया नहीं

2)

कभी न भूलें हमारी उपलब्धियों में दूसरों का भी योगदान होता है क्योंकि

समन्दर में भले ही पानी अपार है पर सच तो यही है कि वो नदियों का उधार होता है !!

3)

जिनकी संगत मैं ख़ामोश संवाद होते है,

अक्सर वो रिश्ते बहुत ही ख़ास होते हैं!!

4)

लोग बुरे नहीं होते बस जब आपके मतलब के नहीं होते तो बुरे लगने लगते है॥

मुझे आजमाने वाले शख्स तेरा शुक्रिया,

मेरी काबिलियत निखरी है तेरी हर आजमाइश के बाद !!

कभी कभी धागे ही बड़े कमज़ोर चुन लेते है हम!

और फिर पूरी उम्र गाँठ बाँधने में ही निकल जाती है!!

ये दुनिया अक्सर उन्हें सस्ते में लूट लेती है,

जिन्हें खुद की कीमत  का अंदाज़ा नहीं होता

2)

जरा सी जिन्दगी में, व्यवधान बहुत हैं,

तमाशा देखने को यहाँ, इन्सान बहुत हैं

खुद ही बनाते हैं हम, पेचीदा जिंदगी को,

वर्ना तो जीने के नुस्खे, आसान बहुत हैं

3)

जमाने में उसने बड़ी बात कर ली

खुद अपने से जिसने मुलाकात कर ली

4)

दौलत की भूख ऐसी लगी कि कमाने निकल गए!

जब दौलत मिली तो हाथ से रिश्ते निकल गए!

बच्चों के साथ रहने की फुरसत ना मिल सकी!

फुरसत मिली तो बच्चे कमाने निकल गए!

वाह री जिंदगी

समझनी है जिंदगी तो पीछे देखो,

जीनी है जिंदगी तो आगे देखो

6)

गुज़रते दिनों का नही,

बल्कि यादगार लम्हों का नाम है, जिंदगी

7)

साजिशें वो रचते हैं दुनिया में जिन्हें कोई जंग जीतनी हो,

मेरी कोशिश तो दिल जीतने की होती है ताकि रिश्ता कायम रहे जब तक जिंदगी हो

8)

जरूरी नही कि जिसमें साँसे नहीं वही मुर्दा हैं

जिसमें इन्सानियत नहीं हैं वो कौन सा जिन्दा हैं।।

किसी की टाँग खींचने के बजाय किसी का हाथ खींचकर उपर लेना बेहतर होता है!

10)

इंसान से प्रेम करो वस्तु से नही और वस्तु का उपयोग करो इंसान का नही!

यही करते करते,

रिश्ते ख़त्म हो जाते हैं!!

टेंशन से चेहरे पर पिम्पल पड़ते हैं,

रोने से चेहरे पर रिंकल पड़ते हैं,

इसलिए दोस्त हमेशा हँसते रहो,

क्योकि हँसने से चेहरे पे डिंपल पड़ते हैं…

४)

मूर्खता का प्रारंभ स्वयं को बुद्धिमान समझने से होता है!!

५)

उम्र थका नही सकती

ठोकरे  गिरा  नही  सकती

अगर

ज़िद हो जीतने की तो

परिस्थितयां भी हरा नही सकती

जिंदगी में अगर बुरे वक्त नही आते तो, अपनो में छुपे गैर, ओर गैरो में छुपे हुये अपने कभी नजर नही आते।

७)

ज़िन्दगी में एक ऐसे  इंसान का होना बहुत  ज़रूरी है

जिसको  दिल का हाल बताने के लिए  लफ़्ज़ों की जरुरत न पड़े

८)

कुछ तकलीफ़ें हमारा इम्तिहान लेने नही, बल्कि, हमारे साथ जुड़े लोगों की पहचान करवाने आती है

९)

शमशान की राख देखकर मन मे एक ख्याल आया सिर्फ राख होने के लिए इंसान जिंदगी भर दूसरो से कितना जलता है!

१०)

चेहरे की हंसी से गम को भुला दो

कम बोलो पर सब कुछ बता दो

ख़ुद ना रूठो पर सबको हंसा दो

यही राज है जिन्दगी का

जियो और जीना सिखा दो

भारतीय संविधान का अनुच्छेद १४: विधि के समक्ष समता 

राज्य, भारत के राज्यक्षेत्र में किसी व्यक्ति को विधि के समक्ष समता से या विधियों के सामान संरक्षण से वंचित नहीं करेगा|

इस अनुच्छेद में 'व्यक्ति' इस शब्द में उन मनुष्यों को सम्मिलित किया गया हैं जो,

अ) भारत के नागरिक हैं और भारत में रह रहे हैं अथवा

ब) भारत के नागरिक नहीं हैं, पर भारत में पर्यटन के लिए, कामकाज करने के लिए, या किसी अन्य कारण से आये हैं|

जब कायदे कानून के समक्ष समता की बात आती हैं तब उस व्यक्ति का सम्बन्ध किसी ऐसी स्थिति या घटना से आता हैं जिसका संज्ञान समाज में विधि लागू करने वाले निकाय लेते हैं, जैसे की कोई पोलिस केस हो जाना.

विधि के समक्ष समानता का अधिकार भारतीय संविधान ने सभी व्यक्तियों को दिया हैं| 

पर क्या यही कारण हैं की देश में घुसपेठ कर देश की सामाजिक शांति को क्षति पोहोचाने वाले लोग कानून के शिकंजे से छुट जाते हैं?
