Ram and Vanarsena

In a successful team, every subordinate is as important as a leader. 

The great king of demons Ravana with high intellect has faced demise because he only ruled his supremacy and power. On the other side for every step Ram mingled with vanarsena and asked for their suggestions and advice. This behaviour of Ram toward his subordinates in his entire life always helped him to get success over Ravana and develop his own kingdom as ''Ram Rajya- the kingdom full of humanity and prosperity on this Earth". 

For any organisation to grow the key is, ''Equality always results in loyalty". If your employees or team member or in the case of your family - your family member is given an opportunity in decision making then the members will feel the proud to get the right decision and execute them. The reduction in power difference in any team can make wonders.
