grams moth beans duly sprouted

tbsp ghee clarified butter

small onions finely chopped

medium tomatoes, blanched and finely chopped

tsp minced ginger
4
garlic [lasun] cloves, minced

½ tsp minced tsp green chillies

coconut milk

tsp turmeric powder
Salt
of your taste

tbsp coriander finely chopped
Method
Heat
ghee in a sauce pan and add onions, stir and fry till light brown in colour. Add
ginger garlic and green chillies stir and fry for 2 minutes. Add moth beans,
stir and cook for few minutes. Add coconut milk turmeric salt tomatoes and mix
well. Cook for 5 minutes till moth beans is tender. Remove in a serving bowl
and serve hot with rice or chapatti.
