Ingredients
Milk 250 ml, 1 tablespoon custard powder, 9.5 scoop sugar free green, and fruits of your choice.
Method
Combine custard powder and 1 tbsp cold milk in a small cup. Stir until smooth. Place custard mixture, sugar free green and remaining milk in a small pan and cook over medium flame. Stir constantly until custard comes to a boil and thickens. Simmer for 1 to 2 minutes. Let it cool down and then Keep the custard in fridge to chill before adding fruits. Chop the fruits, once the custard is chilled add fruits and mix well. Keep it in the fridge and serve chilled in bowls.
